Our Story
Built on the Road. Driven by Purpose.
Blueline Pilot Car Services was founded with one goal: to provide the Dallas–Fort Worth trucking and heavy-haul industry with a pilot car escort company they can genuinely rely on.
Who We Are
A Pilot Car Company Built for the Heavy-Haul Industry
Blueline Pilot Car Services is a Texas-based pilot car and oversized load escort company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding North Texas communities. We work directly with trucking companies, owner-operators, and logistics coordinators to provide safe, compliant, and professional escort services for every type of oversized and overweight load.
Our team understands the demands of the heavy-haul industry — the tight schedules, the regulatory requirements, the communication that has to be right every time. We built Blueline to meet those demands head-on, with experienced operators, reliable equipment, and a dispatch team that stays reachable from booking through delivery.
Whether you need a single front escort or a full front-and-rear escort team for a complex multi-day haul, Blueline is the partner you want leading the way.
To deliver safe, reliable, and professional pilot car escort services that protect every load, every driver, and every road we travel — with the communication and compliance that the heavy-haul industry demands.
Our Values
What We Stand For
Safety First
Every decision we make starts with safety — for the load, the driver, other motorists, and our own operators. We follow Texas DOT regulations and never cut corners.
Reliability
When you book with Blueline, we show up. On time, prepared, and ready to execute. Dependability isn't a selling point — it's the baseline.
Clear Communication
From the first call to the final delivery, we keep drivers, dispatchers, and clients informed. No surprises, no gaps — just clear, consistent communication.
Customer Satisfaction
We treat every haul as a priority. Our goal is to make every client's experience smooth enough that Blueline is the only escort company they ever need to call.
Our Mission
"To deliver safe, reliable, and professional pilot car escort services that protect every load, every driver, and every road we travel — with the communication and compliance that the heavy-haul industry demands."
